Every order with us should be EEZY.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@eezybrands.com and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Shipping Information
- We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following:
- Items in the order
- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Shipping method
- Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment and cannot be edited.
- All orders over $40 within the USA qualify for free standard shipping.

We do not ship to:
- Guam
- Marshall Islands
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands
- We do not offer expedited shipping options currently. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date that requires expediting, we do apologize, but we cannot accommodate these requests.
- Orders ship from our Georgia warehouse Monday through Friday apart from USA holidays.

Shipping Rates
- USA ($40+) = Free Standard Shipping
- USA ($1 - $39.99) = Shipping rate is dependent on the address entered and the shipping option selected by the purchaser at time of purchase. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
